2. What is meant by mobile enhanced experience?
We can see in the slideshare a couple doing a city bus tour and during this tour they see serendipidy an pub. They want to have more information on this pub and look it up on social media ( facebook) and return later taht day for a pint. Thanks to the mobile they could enhanced they experience and do something they didn’t plan to do.

3. How could a hotel provide a mobile enhanced experience ?
·         optimiza teh website
·         SOLOMO app to attract customers
·         Make customers particate in their onlive presence
Add Vine : make the guests participate and put a screen in the lobby to show guests experience

4. List the customer decision journey digital touchpoints shown in one of the scenerios ?
Scenario 1 : Planning a trip while tkaning lunch ( 2 steps)
·         She saw on tv a tourism advert and visits the site immediatly + save the URL
·         Visits the site during lunch  and book
